Pilot guided auger drills

For decades pipes are installed below highways and railways with the traditional auger technique. Nowadays this drills can also be done with a pilot guided system to meet tight tolerance requirements.

An auger drill starts and ends normally in a start and receiving pit while the drilling path need to be dry. In case of ground water there is a need for dewatering or a water valve.

With the auger technique pipes from steel, concrete, plastic, vitrified clay pipes and Hobas can be installed easily.

Since 1980 Holland drilling is specialized in auger drills and has therefore a great experience. Our fleet include six auger boring machines (pilot guided) which have a capacity up to OD 1.400 mm.

To cross the railway in Holland we have the necessary certificates of railway owner Prorail.
